Art of Tree specializes in making modern contemporary furniture out of salvaged solid timber, capturing the beauty of the grains and its unique character.
Introducing a fresh concept of lifestyle avant garde furniture made from solid wood slabs. Repurposing salvaged trees isn’t merely recycling. It is a touch of Art. It takes the brilliance of the mind and the wonders of Mother Nature to blend in the right chemistry to create functional furniture masterpieces. This defines Art of Tree. With forest diminishing fast and the effects of global warming becoming increasing evident, we can no longer turn a blind eye on what is happening around us. As mankind, it is perhaps inevitable that the element of wood is to be used as an integral part of furnishing. However, it remains a conscious decision on our part on the choice of the source and type of wood we use. We at Art of Tree procure our wood mainly from salvaged trees in the cities around Peninsula Malaysia. Fallen trees, trees marked for removal for development, fallen dead trees in the forest, slabs/blocks that have cavities/rot have all been summed up as materials for the making of our functional art pieces.
Our featured collections are sofa, rugs, dining table, coffee table and others.

Dengan hutan yang cepat berkurang dan kesan pemanasan global menjadi semakin jelas, kita tidak lagi dapat menutup mata terhadap apa yang berlaku di sekitar kita. Sebagai manusia, mungkin tidak dapat dielakkan bahawa elemen kayu harus digunakan sebagai bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari perabot. Walau bagaimanapun, tetap merupakan keputusan yang sedar dari pihak kami mengenai pilihan sumber dan jenis kayu yang kami gunakan. Kami di Art of Tree memperoleh kayu terutama dari pokok-pokok yang diselamatkan di bandar-bandar di sekitar Semenanjung Malaysia. Pokok tumbang, pokok yang ditandai untuk dikeluarkan untuk pembangunan, pokok mati yang tumbang di hutan, papak / bongkah yang mempunyai rongga / busuk semuanya telah digabungkan sebagai bahan untuk pembuatan karya seni kita yang berfungsi.
