Job Description:
-Receiving, processing and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.
-Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
-Performing regular price audits to identify and correct price.
-Addressing and resolving customers complaint in a professional manner.
-Processing customer payments using the shop’s Point of Sale (POS) system.
-Maintaining an in depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendation as needed.
-Support marketing team in implementation of sales programs, attend to all matters pertaining to sales.
-To prepare and update sales and admin reports such as agent daily appointment report, weekly defects reports, etc.
-Handle sales on Shopee, Facebook and Instagram

Job Requirement
-Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM or Diploma level (preferably related to fashion)
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Proven retail sales experience.
-The ability to stand for extended periods.
-The ability to use labelling and pricing equipment as well as Point of Sale (POS) software.
-The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Effective communication skills.
-Exceptional customer service skills.
-Detail-oriented.
-Able to work in Puchong
-Possess own transport

Responsibilities:
-Create and design print and digital materials
-Retouch and manipulate images
-Use graphic design software and work with variety of media
-Collabrate with the Creative Director to develop design concepts
-Maintain company website and social media
-Participate in content creation

Requirements:
-Graphic Design major preferred
-Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color and other graphic design fundamentals
-Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
-Strong creative and analytical skills
-Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
